Back cos of popular demand

My Italy trip!

Me, Samantha, and Ben went on a 2 week trip to Venice Florence and Rome.

This was fun, lots of fun. And pretty, much prettiness there.

To start off, We arrived in venice late at night, and (for once) through no fault of our own, had to go to a different hotel. We were originally going to stay in a hostel, but it was full, so we had a free upgrade sorta thing to a 2 star hotel in the center of venice itself! (the hostel was on the mainland)

Unfortunately, when we found this out, it was past midnight, we were very tired, and we had NO idea how Italian public transport works. (something we would not work out for a while...)
This meant a lot of confusion, panic, illeagal activities, and more! But it also meant that we got to see the Grand Canal (The big canal through venice proper) at night. This was REALLY REALLY great. seriously. If you ever go to Venice, take the night boat taxi, and enjoy a quite, uncrowded, relaxing, beautiful ride. With a full moon and everything, it was perfect way to start holiday.

Okay, that was the interesting stuff that happened on the first day, and im getting tired of typing. So I will update again tomorrow.

As for the job searching, I have an interview with a kinda pizza hut like thing tomorrow, and the possibilities of interviews with sainsburys and blockbuster.

Ciao

Venice is quite cool, isn't it? I remember a day-trip there on a holiday back in '97 with my family. It was a very overcast day - bizarrely reminiscent of Britian, in fact. It was just a pity I was too young to appreciate it, really.

Oh, and good luck for the interview!

Sounds like the trip to Venice is going to have a lot of installments - that's good, that's the sign of a great holiday! :)

Glad to hear you had fun, and I look forward to part 2 of the story.

Also, congratulations on the job interviews!!
